Blawg of the Day – CEB Blog

By Tom Mighell on November 28, 2012

The CEB Blog calls itself “your partner in practice,” but this message primarily goes to California attorneys.  CEB stands for Continuing Education of the Bar, a professional development program of the University of California.  The blog offers helpful tips in different types of substantive law, including constitutional law, criminal law, elder law, employment law, estate planning, family law, public law, real property and tort law.  You’ll also find posts on law practice management topics, legal writing, evidence, social media, and litigation strategy, among others.
