The SDNY website has the following announcement: “The Manhattan courthouse is closed through Friday, November 2 as a result of Hurricane Sandy. The White Plains, Middletown, and Poughkeepsie courthouses are open. The court’s ECF system is online but is temporarily unable to accept new filings.”
