According to an order issued today by Judge Forrest, the dispute between director Julie Taymor and the producers of the Spiderman Broadway musical has settled. As we reported two weeks ago, Judge Forrest had earlier denied the parties’ joint request to extend the pretrial schedule. According to that schedule, the trial was to have begun January 7, 2013.
