PHMSA and the National Association of Pipeline Safety Representatives (NAPSR) are hosting a Government/Industry Pipeline Research and Development (R&D) Forum on July 18 – 19, 2012 in Arlington, VA. The purpose of forum is to generate a national research agenda to address challenges to pipeline safety and environmental protection and to foster discussion among public, government, and industry pipeline stakeholders about technical gaps in pipeline safety and challenges for future research.
