On February 29, CMS is publishing a notice continuing the effectiveness of a 2005 interim final rule regarding Medicare claims appeal procedures. CMS also is publishing a rule regarding the revisit user fee program for Medicare survey and certification activities (note that the revisit user fee authority ended December 25, 2007). The rules will be available February 29.
