The interview, “Spotting the Snares in the New Bankruptcy Law,” discusses the federal Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 that recently went into effect, which will make it harder for financially strapped consumers and businesses to get a fresh start by filing for bankruptcy.
