Dysart Taylor McMonigle Brumitt & Wilcox, P.C. is pleased to announce Kathryn T. Alsobrook and Anne Lindner Saghir have each been elected as a shareholder/director of the firm.

“We are proud to recognize Katy and Anne for their commitment to client service and devotion to this firm as they achieve this milestone position as new shareholders,” said managing partner Michael J. Judy.

In her practice, Alsobrook defends personal injury, and discrimination claims, focusing in the areas of transportation, labor and employment, and insurance defense. She is a skilled litigator and has tried more than 40 jury trials, serving as first chair in many of those trials. Alsobrook serves as a volunteer guardian as litem for CASA and assists pro bono clients through the Volunteer Attorney Project and Military Matters.

Saghir has been a civil litigator for 16 years and has significant experience defending as well as prosecuting personal injury cases, defending insurers in coverage matters including property damage disputes, and defending businesses in commercial disputes in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Wisconsin and Florida.  Saghir has tried multiple personal injury cases and has argued appeals in state and federal court.  Saghir is also committed to community involvement through her volunteer work as a child advocate and attorney through CASA and pro bono representation for the Volunteer Attorney Project.

“Each of these women bring a unique and valuable experience to their practice, and we look forward to their continued success in this new role,” said firm’s president John F. Wilcox, Jr. “Dysart Taylor and our clients are very fortunate and grateful to have them on our team.”
